Enora Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 · 14 October 2026

The short version

Enora works without an Enora account. Its activities, sounds and artwork are bundled in the app. Your preferences and activity records are stored locally, and Enora does not send them to an Enora server. There are no advertisements, advertising trackers or automatic product-analytics uploads.

Enora stores your settings and activity records on your device. It does not upload them to Enora - App Limited. Apple processes the App Store purchase. Enora uses iPhone notifications, widgets, Live Activities and audio playback. Optional Room Glow controls your selected Apple Home lights. Artwork sharing uses Apple’s share sheet.

Who we are

Enora is provided by Enora - App Limited, company number 17512177, at 7 Beech Avenue, Stockport, SK3 8HA, United Kingdom.

Use our contact form for support, complaints and privacy enquiries.

Information used on your device

Enora stores information needed for the features you use:

Enora does not ask for your name, email address, date of birth or an Enora login.

Your preferences and activity records are private information. Enora uses them locally for settings, guidance, summaries and session operation. We do not receive these records or use them for advertising or remote behavioural profiling.

Apple services and sharing

Apple manages App Store payment and download ownership. Enora does not receive your payment-card details or operate an in-app subscription system.

Enora’s notifications, widgets and Live Activities display session information on your Home or Lock Screen. You control their permissions and visibility through iPhone settings.

Room Glow uses Apple Home access to discover compatible lights and control those you select. It is optional. You can turn it off and revoke Home access through Apple’s settings. Apple Home and connected accessories operate under their own service and privacy arrangements; we do not receive your home configuration.

If you share bundled artwork or a sticker, the recipient or service you choose receives that content. AirPlay and other audio routes are also controlled through Apple’s systems.

Apple’s device backup and restore services follow your device settings. Enora does not provide its own cloud backup or cross-device synchronisation. Apple’s processing is covered by Apple’s privacy policy.

Diagnostics and support

Enora does not upload diagnostics to us. It uses local system logging for app operation. Apple’s diagnostic settings control diagnostic sharing with Apple.

How long information stays and how to delete it

Local preferences and records remain while they are retained by the app and device.

Changing a preference or removing a favourite updates that local setting. Enora has no erase-all control. Deleting the app removes its main app data through iOS; offloading the app retains that data. Apple manages widgets, notifications, shared storage and backups separately. We do not have remote access to inspect, delete or recover your device records.

Children and young people

Enora is designed for children, young people and adults. There is no Enora account or age-verification process. Local data and device permissions should be managed with appropriate help from a parent, guardian or trusted adult.

We do not receive a child’s local activity records. Children have their own rights over personal information.

Your local information

Your settings and activity records stay on your device and are not sent to Enora - App Limited. The app does not display an activity history.

Changes

We update this policy when Enora’s processing changes and explain material changes.
