What Enora offers
Enora provides calming activities, bundled sounds and music, Focus timers, favourites and personalisation. It works without an Enora account or an Enora cloud connection. Some optional features use Apple services and require compatible hardware or permission.
Enora is a general wellbeing and activity app. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent a medical condition, provide professional advice, or monitor you for an emergency. It does not contact a parent, clinician or emergency service when you use an activity. Seek suitable professional help for health concerns. Stop an activity if it makes you uncomfortable, and use audio at a comfortable volume.
Children and purchases
Children, young people and adults can use Enora. Parents and guardians should help children choose suitable activities and manage device settings, permissions and purchases. Enora does not verify age or parental responsibility.
An adult should arrange a child’s purchase and help them understand these terms. Nothing here treats a child’s use as a waiver of legal rights or assumes that a child can enter every kind of contract.
Price and App Store arrangements
The launch offering is a one-time paid download with all features supplied in that version included. The price displayed by the App Store at purchase applies. Enora does not offer an in-app subscription or recurring Enora charge.
Apple handles payment, download ownership and App Store purchase arrangements under its applicable terms. Enora - App Limited provides the app. Purchase does not promise that every future product or separately offered feature will be included.
Use Apple’s refund process for an App Store refund request. Contact us about app faults or complaints. Your UK consumer rights remain intact.
Licence and content
Apple’s standard application licence governs the App Store licence. These terms describe Enora’s product, use and support arrangements. Apple’s applicable usage rules govern permitted device and purchase sharing.
You may use Enora for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not resell the app, extract and redistribute its bundled media as a standalone collection, or imply that Enora’s contributors endorse another product. These restrictions do not remove uses permitted by law or applicable third-party licences.
Where Enora offers a share or sticker function, you may use that function for personal sharing. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork or grant commercial merchandising rights.
Enora’s sounds are sourced under the Pixabay Content Licence. Rights in third-party content remain with the relevant rights holders. An app purchase does not grant exclusive ownership of those recordings.
Local information and recovery
The Enora Privacy Policy explains local storage and the Apple features used by Enora.
Enora stores activity history as a convenience feature. It provides no company-operated backup, recovery service or cross-device sync. Apple manages device backup and restore according to your settings. Enora does not guarantee permanent history or recovery. Your statutory rights remain intact.
Enora does not ask you to submit private notes, personal journals or health records. Do not rely on it as your only record of information you need to keep.
Timers and optional system features
Notifications, alarms, widgets and Live Activities depend on Apple’s operating system, permission settings, device state and compatible hardware. Timers and notifications should not be relied on for medication, emergencies or another safety-critical purpose.
Room Glow can change selected Apple Home lights when authorised. Use suitable lights and settings, supervise use where appropriate and stop using it if changes cause discomfort. Its availability depends on Apple Home and your accessories.
Do not use Enora where watching the screen or interacting with it would be unsafe.
Compatibility and updates
The App Store listing states supported devices and operating-system requirements. Apple’s App Store distributes updates. We make updates for security, compatibility, legal requirements and product improvement.
We do not promise indefinite support for every device or operating-system version. We will respect legal obligations concerning conformity, necessary updates and changes affecting purchased digital content. Material changes do not retrospectively remove your existing consumer rights.
Faults and your legal rights
UK consumers have statutory rights to digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for its applicable purpose and as described. The remedies set out in UK consumer law include repair, replacement and price reduction where their conditions are met, and remedies for damage caused by faulty digital content.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or limit all liability to the download price.
Enora is offered for personal use. We do not undertake to support business use or compensate commercial losses outside obligations imposed by law.
Stopping use and resolving complaints
You can stop using Enora at any time. Remove widgets, disable optional services and delete the app if you wish, bearing in mind the local-data and backup limitations in the Privacy Policy.
Use our contact form to report an app problem. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers elsewhere in the UK retain their mandatory legal protections and access to courts. Contact us about complaints; this does not restrict your legal remedies.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms when necessary and explain material changes. Updates do not remove accrued rights.
